1. Make sure the surface you’re installing the alarm on is smooth, clean, and dry.

2. Ensure that the window or door is flush or at the right angle to keep the sensor and magnetic part at a suitable distance. The minimum activation distance of the alarm is 0.6 inches (15mm).

3. The alarm volume cannot be adjusted and doesn’t have a time delay function.

4. The alarm sensor is not UL-2017 compliant so it may not pass pool inspection in certain states.
